Since the launch of St Anton 365, service has been at the very heart of what we do. Our concierge service ensures that every guest staying in Wunderbar Lodge has their hand held from start to finish, as we plan and book every aspect of their holiday free of charge.
We quickly realised that this level of concierge service — and our insider knowledge — is a rare commodity, not available to guests staying elsewhere. So we have decided to extend it to external guests also.
So, wherever you are staying in St Anton, we can help you experience this amazing village at its very best.
We are full-time residents of St Anton and between us, have lived here for more than 26 years. We know the village inside out.
We have long-standing relationships with local service providers, are avid consumers of mountain sports, have tried and tested every restaurant and bar, and have worked in the hospitality industry throughout our professional lives. Therefore we know what it takes to make a great holiday.
Our concierge service will take the time to understand what you want from your holiday — then make it happen.
From first ideas to a detailed, easy-to-follow itinerary, we will advise, arrange and coordinate all details of your stay. Our service is a premium product, designed to save you hours of research and make your life easy, ensuring you get the very best our of your holiday in St Anton.

In this department we have more insider knowledge than most; Ed has been the resident DJ at the Krazy Kanguruh for 17 years. So when we say we know how to organise a party, we really do.

We’ve been involved in corporate hospitality for over a decade, both in the UK and St Anton. We understand that a corporate trip involves intricate logistics: multiple arrivals, VIP guests, seamless transitions, and getting the most out of a short period of time. We will arrange fantastic guides for great skiing, help you impress your guests with brilliant restaurants, and enable everyone relax with fantastic après-ski.
Changes of plan are part of group travel — and we are used to dealing with them calmly and quickly.
Whatever you are celebrating, we can help you plan it. We are no strangers to organising special events, having helped guests organise 50th birthday celebrations, family reunions, New Year’s parties, weddings and much more.
Ed and Carly got married here themselves in April 2023, with 100 guests in attendance from all over the world, so we know what it takes to plan a party in this amazing location.

We can help from start to finish, creating a personalised, practical and memorable itinerary. We will get to know you and your group, listen to what you need, create an itinerary that works and help to book all aspects of your holiday — creating memories to last a lifetime.
Our fees reflect the time, local knowledge and coordination involved in creating a seamless holiday. Third-party services — including transfers, ski school, equipment hire, lift passes, guides, restaurants and activities — are charged separately at the supplier’s applicable rates.
The service level is agreed in advance, so you know exactly what is included. Personal attendance, extended on-the-ground support and event management can be arranged separately where required.

This add-on provides a dedicated St Anton contact throughout your stay, giving in-resort support & helping with itinerary changes.
€150 per day
Event planning at it’s best
Our specialist event planning service for corporate groups / special events, provides in-depth planning, in resort assistance.
€1,700 for up to 20 guests staying up to three nights.
+ Each additional night is charged at €325, up to seven nights.
+ Each additional group of up to five guests is charged at €200.
