It's that time of year again... We're hiring!
It’s a milestone in the development of St Anton 365, as we are looking for our first ever team member.
Over our first two seasons, we’ve seen the popularity and success of our little chalet company grow. We think (and hope) that that’s down to our desire to keep the company personal, local, and to continually improve the guest experience.
This year we’ve decided to up our offering, to include breakfast and housekeeping for every guest, 7 days a week. Unfortunately however the increased offering is too much for Carly to manage single-handedly, therefore we are on the look-out for an exceptional chalet host to join the St Anton 365 family.
We hope to find someone who can be proud to help St Anton 365 grow, and in return offer a lot of fun, a great working relationship and a sense ownership towards our little company.
Carly is excited to work alongside a motivated and professional individual, who shares her passion for the mountains, for skiing (or snowboarding of course) and our gorgeous little village.
Chalet Host
- Friday 1st December – Friday 19th April (exact dates to be confirmed)
- 24 hours per week over 5 days.

- Industry standard wage (including holiday pay) in line with the Austrian collective agreement
- Statutory health insurance
- Meals whilst at work
- Please note as a part time position (only 24 hours per week) accommodation is not included in the offer.
This is a very customer facing position, where the ultimate objective is to provide exceptionally high standards of hospitality, service and cleanliness, to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Our Chalet Host will work alone and therefore must be professional, trustworthy and independently motivated. They will understand that they are working for a small, owner-lead company, and have a desire to represent the St Anton 365 brand at all times with their passion for hospitality, love of the mountains, and knowledge of St Anton.
The preparation of a full continental breakfast and daily hot ‘special’. The breakfast table must be prepared, service undertaken and breakfast cleared from an open kitchen and dining area, therefore cleanliness and organisation are vital.
Providing daily cleaning of the chalet to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable guest experience.
Socialising, interacting and entertaining St Anton 365’s gusts, to create a friendly, welcoming, relaxed and homely ambience. You will share your knowledge of the local area, to provide an unparalleled holiday experience.
The desire to remain flexible and understand that you may be required to work outside of the descriptions listed above is a must. There will be duties such as snow shovelling and the clearing of ice, assisting with luggage, the purchasing of equipment and completing of stock takes amongst other unnamed, smaller duties.
The ideal candidate will…
- Hold an EU passport or an already existing work permit / visa, for employment in Austria.
- Be available for the whole season (1st December 2023 – 21st April 2024)
- Have a solid background in hospitality or another customer heavy role.
- Have basic cooking skills
- Be a morning person
- Have a true desire to enhance the customer experience

- Understand that a chalet host role is flexible in regards to both hours and job description.
- Unfortunately we cannot provide accommodation, so the candidate must have seasonal lodging in St Anton. (We will only accept applications from individuals living outside of St Anton if they have their own transport).
The candidate will work alongside Carly until confident enough to embark on the role alone. There will be constant monitoring and mentoring throughout the season.
